Matcha Protein Balls

Our family loves energy and protein balls and bars to fuel our adventures. I am constantly trying to come up with new variations to keep things fun and fresh. Lately I have been obsessed with everything matcha. Matcha smoothie bowls, chia pudding, teas and elixirs, cookies and now most recently protein balls.

Are you looking for a healthy snack that is packed full of nutrients your body desperately needs? Sure you are! who isn’t?

These tasty treats are not only delicious, seriously like so good they are also packed with antioxidants, amino acids, fibre and they are highly nutritious. Antioxidants are a powerhouse because they help stabilize harmful free radicals, which can wreak havoc on our bodies by damaging cells. Matcha protein balls are just the thing to help you recharge and energize your mind and body.
