As most of you know I am working on a detox program so I have been creating so many new recipes to include for this real food reset. I have worked hard to use ingredients that are fresh, and support the bodies natural detoxification process.
Almonds, apples, cruciferous veggies, lemon and ginger are all super food when it comes to detoxing the body from the inside out. That is how this salad was created. We tend to be creatures of habit and end up eating the same ol’ boring salad or bowl each week. My goal is to keep switching things up so you have SO many options of fresh spring and summer salads.
