Let’s face it – there’s a lot of information out there. My passion is to simplify health and nutrition making it accessible to YOU. For me, there’s no greater joy than helping others take control of their own well-being.

From an early age, I struggled with my weight and body image. I was motived to learn what made a person vital and healthy to heal my relationship with food and my body. I also saw so many of my family members that kept getting sick with preventable diseases and wondered what I could do to help. That youthful passion for longevity and quality of life has matured into over two decades of experience in the health and wellness industry; including six years of post-secondary education, numerous fitness certifications, and countless hours of self-directed learning. Basically, I have dedicated my life to learning this stuff, so that you don’t have to!

With three spunky children, I know firsthand how hard it can be to always eat right, exercise, commune with nature, and get enough sleep. In our home, we hone our choices daily and cultivating strategies to do these things more often. It’s taken a lot of trial and error. So now, let me share the results of these successful experiments with you.

The reports are everywhere: poor lifestyle choices are responsible for the leading causes of mortality worldwide. And the stress from this knowledge is almost debilitating in itself.
