Why Coaching?

Because it’s so much more than a meal plan or food, it’s about changing habits. With all of the information out there most people know what they need to do to reach their goals, the problem is that they are not doing it. Working with a coach allows you to create and work on better habits, provides accountability and support when you need it, assists you in overcoming obstacles, barriers, and emotional blockages that are keeping you ‘stuck” and from reaching your goals.

Working with a coach can help you identify goals, help you naturally make better choices and habits for yourself and create the lifestyle you desire as well as uncover what’s keeping you from reaching your goals so that you can move forward and be the person you want to be.

1 hour private consultation - detailed meeting to identify your goals and get super excited to achieve them, uncover what’s holding you back and come up with an amazing action plan to create new healthy habits.

  • 5 hours in Bi-weekly meetings via zoom - check in on what is working, what needs attention, accountability, progress, inspiration and motivation to keep rocking it. We work on goals, mindset, limiting beliefs (those nagging thoughts that are holding you back) and overcoming barriers, confidence, overcoming fears, reenergizing you and working on staying focused and on track. As well as any issues that arise so you can keep moving forwards.

  • Unlimited online and text support - when something comes up I am there for you so you don’t need to wait two weeks for another check in.

  • Weekly updates and worksheets to assist you to move closer to your goal - individualized meal plan with grocery list and loads of delicious recipes
