Select any 7 meals or snack from workshop menu provided upon registration. After you register you'll be emailed your grocery list. Attend the group workshop and leave with 7 family sized healthy meals or snacks, your choice. Let Pam coach you through the prep so it's quick & efficient and she takes care of the clean up too! Each session is fun, fast and you leave with healthy, delicious food. Workshop are 2 hours in length.
